Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 7 day return so you can ensure your purchase is perfect. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days to process a refund or exchange.
The returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation. Due to their personalized nature, the following orders are nonreturnable: items that have been modified, engraved, or resized; items that have previously been exchanged; and custom orders.
Exchanges are within 14 days from receipt date. Please contact us for the item you'd like to exchange for. Once confirmed, please ship the item to us as details below and we'll ship the exchanged item to you with a tracking number.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ORDER:
1. Please contact us via email prior to confirm your return or exchange.
2. For all returns or exchanges, please pack your order as received including the packing slip and certificate. Your jewelry pouch is complimentary, please keep it as a token of our appreciation.
3. Please use a shipping courier that provides tracking number services. Please double box or double bag similar to how your item was received.
4. For RETURNS, item must be postmarked date within 14 days from receipt or a restocking fee will be applied. For EXCHANGES, item must be postmarked date within 21 days from receipt.
5. We do not refund the shipping costs.
A Sweet Pear is not responsible for lost or damaged items while shipping.
After we received the returned order, please allow approx 7 business day upon receipt of item to inspect and verify the condition of the item. A Sweet Pear will refund the original purchase amount, minus shipping costs. For all credit card refunds, please allow your bank their cycle duration for the credit to appear.
Packages without a Return Authorization will not be accepted for refund and are subject to a restocking fee. Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Items with improper packaging or uninsured items will be refused.
